PSG Mercato: PSG in advanced negotiations with Napoli for Fabian Luiz

Paris Saint-Germain have made Fabian Ruiz their priority in the midfield. The French champions are set to make an offer.

Milan Skriniar (Inter Milan) is being targeted by the Parisian management this summer. Gianluca Scamacca (ex-Sassuolo) was long rumoured before finally joining West Ham. But they are not the only ones to have caught the eye of the French champions. The Parc des Princes outfit have been negotiating with Napoli for several weeks over Fabian Ruiz.

Paris Saint-Germain are in advanced talks to sign Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz (26) this summer. According to reports in Italy on Monday, the Spaniard has reached an agreement with the French champions on a four-year deal with an estimated annual salary of €5m.

25 million for Fabian Ruiz

However, for the moment, the two teams have not yet reached an agreement. Indeed, while PSG are offering €25 million to buy out the last year of the former Betis Sevilla player's contract, Napoli are demanding at least €30 million. The Neapolitans' interest in Paris goalkeeper Keylor Navas could possibly facilitate the negotiations.

Ruiz-Navas, the August crossroads

Napoli are relying on their good relations with Paris to try and get Keylor Navas. The goalkeeper is Luciano Spalletti's priority, although Chelsea's Kepa has also been approached. It is not linked to the Fabian Ruiz deal. However, Napoli are hoping to conclude the deal just as quickly, especially as Spalletti is losing patience.

According to our information, a loan is preferred and Aurelio de Laurentiis, the Neapolitan president, wants Paris to pay part of Navas' salary. This would represent a contribution of 3 to 4 million euros from PSG.
